TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S.)

I WILL Draw: Original Characters (D&D/TTRPG), Fantasy, Soft Sci-Fi, Armor, Couples/Groups, Artistic Nudity.

I WILL NOT Draw: Mecha/Hard Sci-Fi, Explicit NSFW, Heavy Gore, hateful imagery.

Refusal Rights: I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.

• Payment & Refunds

  All payments via PayPal Invoice.
  

  Payment Plan:

  • 50% Upfront: Non-refundable deposit to secure your slot and start the sketch.

  • 50% Upon Completion: Due after you approve the final watermarked preview.

  Refunds:

  • If I cancel the commission: 100% Refund.

  • If you cancel before the sketch has started: 100% Refund.

  • If you cancel after work has begun: The deposit is retained to cover labor.

Rights & Usage

Personal Use: You may use the artwork for personal enjoyment. I retain copyright for my portfolio.

Commercial Use: If you intend to use the image for marketing of profit from it, you must purchase the Commercial License (Contact for details).

THE PROCESS (How it works)

1. Inquiry: Send me your character details, references, and a brief description of the mood.

2. Quote & Deposit: I will confirm the price and timeline. Work begins after the 50% deposit is paid.

3. Phase 1: Sketch: I send a rough sketch for composition. Major changes (pose, outfit) happen here.

4. Phase 2: Color Rough: I apply base colors/lighting. Color palette changes happen here.

5. Phase 3: Final Rendering: I polish the painting. Only minor tweaks allowed.

6. Delivery: I send a watermarked low-res version for final approval. Once the remaining balance is paid, I deliver the high-resolution files.

Optional Add-Ons: Layered PSD/source files and additional revision rounds are available upon request.

Human-Made Art

Every artwork I create is 100% hand-painted by me.
Progress shots and time-lapses are frequently shared on my social media channels.

My artwork may not be used for AI training, machine learning, dataset creation, style imitation, or image generation.
Do not upload my work to AI tools or use it to train artificial intelligence systems.
