Soprano and librettist Adi Denner is a graduate of the Schweizer Opernstudio and holds an M.A. and Postgraduate Certificate from the Bern University of Applied Sciences, an M.A. in Opera Making and Writing from the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, and a B.A. from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.
As a performer, she has appeared with Theater Orchester Biel Solothurn and the Mediterranean Opera Studio, singing roles including La Périchole (Die Brücke von San Luis Rey), Liesl Kurz (Eiger), Amour (Zaïs), Rosina (Il Barbiere di Siviglia), Belinda (Dido and Aeneas), Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte), and Epponina (Giulio Sabino).
Alongside her performing career, Adi works as a librettist and writer. Her work explores the intersection of music, storytelling, and visual art, drawing inspiration from opera's rich tradition of dramatic expression.
A recipient of multiple scholarships from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation, she was a finalist in the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance Orchestral Competition and has worked with internationally renowned singers, coaches, and conductors throughout her training and professional career.
